Methodology version DR-METH-0.1 is published as the first governing research version. It states the objective: maximise participation in long-term digital-economic growth while minimising the probability of permanent ruin. It defines accounting NAV, liquid NAV, risk-adjusted liquid NAV, the 65/25/10 architecture, qualification categories, the constitutional action ladder, and the requirement that unavailable inputs display as INSUFFICIENT DATA. This is an experimental paper research system. It is not currently an offer to invest.
